Risk Free (Money-Back)
- Risk Free (money-back) return policy is NOT a satisfaction guarantee policy
- In order for the policy to be in effect the user must use the product for at least 30 days
- Risk Free policy only applies if the customer followed our recommended use recipes, the recommended usage is at least 30 days, if you’re not satisfied with the product after 30 days of recommended usage a return can be processed.
- If you claim a refund in your first 30 days and later decide you want to re-purchase, this offer will no longer be available. This is necessary to avoid abuse of the offer.
- All NON-DEFECTIVE product return requests must be made within 14 days of receival and will be subject to a 15% disposal handling fee. For safety reasons we do not refund or exchange if the product has been used.
- We can only replace product if it is defective or damaged during shipping or a package’s defect.
- Will not be replaced or exchanged if damage to the product caused by impact or crushing, whether intentional or accidental.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure to get a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost/delayed shipments.
- When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time.
